On 22 May, Inospace’s modern premises buzzed with energy and inspiration as partner organisations of the
Entrepreneurs’ Network, the Cape SAJBD,
ORT Jet Cape Town,
Over The Rainbow and EO hosted another inspiring Entrepreneurs’ Network event. The event featured a thought-provoking panel discussion entitled “The Future of Leadership: Innovating for Tomorrow’s Challenges” moderated by the dynamic Dawn Nathan-Jones, one of South Africa’s leading businesswomen.
The panel consisted of some of South Africa’s most influential entrepreneurs who shared their personal journeys and insights into modern-day leadership principles crucial for creating success in business. Topics ranged from fostering a positive culture, a culture of innovation and different ideas, learning from mistakes, people management, the importance of recruiting and inducting employees, to the necessity of inclusivity in the workplace.
The esteemed Panel consisted of; Rael Levitt, CEO and Founder of Inospace, Matsi Kolobe, CEO and Founder of SALT HUB, Cara Saven, Founder of Cara Saven Wall Design and Samkelo Blom, Founder of Nomatu Consulting.
