We are proud to partner with Mensch, through our Social Justice subcommittee, on the Mandela Day 2021 Make and Donate Cook-A-Long which took place on Sunday, 18 July at 18:00.
Mandela Day celebrates the power each of us has to positively transform our society. Join us in honouring Madiba’s legacy of investing in the youth – our country’s future, and to make a positive and immediate difference in communities, by supporting this awesome event.
You can still make a donation by purchasing a ticket, and you will receive a recipe to make your own hearty veggie soup and homemade bread from the comfort of your own home.
A ticket (from R180) will help support school fees for a year at the Kensington Creche in Cape Town, good nutrition and health indicators training for ECD (Early Childhood Development) staff in rural Eastern Cape, and nutritional food supplied monthly to 400 children from 2 creches in Gauteng.
